What This Program Includes
Aurbina Scholars Hub is proud to announce an upcoming Women Leadership Program, a two-day workshop for refugee women and girls aged 15–25 in the Bangladesh refugee camp. This program is designed to empower young women by building confidence, improving communication skills, and introducing basic leadership concepts.
The workshop will be conducted on-site and delivered in English with Rohingya translation, ensuring all participants can fully understand and engage. Sessions will include interactive discussions, practical activities, and guided learning to help participants develop essential skills for personal growth and community engagement.
Through this program, Aurbina Scholars Hub aims to support refugee women in developing self-confidence, effective communication, leadership skills, and study motivation. By providing a safe and supportive learning space, the workshop encourages young women to express themselves, discover their potential, and become future leaders in their communities.
The program is open to all refugee women and girls within the target age group. Participants will receive certificates of participation at the end of the workshop. Further details regarding schedule and registration will be shared soon.
