Who are the refugees in Bangladesh?

One of the most persecuted and violently affected ethnic groups in the world.

Who Are The Rohingya Refugees?

The Rohingya are one of the most persecuted and vulnerable communities in the world. Originally from Rakhine State in Myanmar, they faced decades of discrimination, denial of citizenship, violence, and restrictions on their basic human rights.

Over the years, thousands of Rohingya families were forced to flee their homes because of violence, fear, and persecution. Many villages were destroyed, families became separated, and countless innocent people lost their homes while trying to escape to safety.

Today, many Rohingya refugees live in camps across Bangladesh and other countries, hoping for peace, education, and a better future for their children.

Currently, around 1.2 to 1.3 million Rohingya refugees are living in refugee camps in Bangladesh, mainly in Cox’s Bazar — one of the largest refugee camp areas in the world.

The Difficulties They Face

Life inside the refugee camps is extremely difficult. Families live in overcrowded shelters made from bamboo and plastic sheets. During heavy rain and storms, many shelters collapse or become flooded.

Refugee children often grow up without proper education, healthcare, clean water, or opportunities. Many students dream of becoming doctors, teachers, engineers, and leaders, but poverty prevents them from continuing their studies.

  • Limited access to quality education
  • Food shortages and poverty
  • Lack of healthcare and medicine
  • Unsafe shelters during storms and floods
  • Lack of clean water and sanitation
  • Mental trauma caused by displacement and violence
  • Very limited opportunities for higher education
Our Aim

Our mission is to support Rohingya refugee students through scholarships, education, and humanitarian support. We believe education is the key to hope, empowerment, and a brighter future.

We also aim to support not only Rohingya refugees but all refugee communities around the world by helping them learn coding, technology, and digital skills so they can build careers, become independent, and create better opportunities for themselves and their families.

  • Provide scholarships for refugee students
  • Support coding and technology education
  • Help students continue higher education
  • Provide learning materials and digital opportunities
  • Raise global awareness about refugee communities
  • Encourage humanitarian support and kindness
Donation & Support

Thousands of refugee children still dream of going to school, learning coding and technology, and building a better future. Your support can help make those dreams possible.

Donations can help provide scholarships, books, school supplies, food assistance, internet access, coding education, and educational opportunities for Rohingya refugee students.

Every contribution no matter how small can bring hope to a refugee child.
